Bandage Your Own Wounds ❤
Bandage Your Own Wounds ❤
I will never deny that shit things happen to good people. Life can be cruel and harsh sometimes, sometimes very unfair that you can literally feel your heart breaking. Now that’s true that nobody wants to stay upset for too long over a disturbing episode of their life. We all want to get above it quickly to make room for better things to come but we feel mentally trapped in our own thoughts. Have you ever experienced a state like this?
I have been there. I am struggling with a similar emotion at the moment. My story revolves around “Be prepared for rejection if you refuse to be manipulated” so I’m kind of experiencing a new wave of emotions that comes with this acceptance. It is exhausting and I am trapped between so many unwanted feelings but I will get through this. I wonder when I became so strong.
I believe that if you want to feel fulfilled in your life in terms of career, emotions, mental health, your well being, relationships with people around you, you need to stop playing the victim first. There is always someone and something to blame when things don’t go right but the sad part is that it won’t make them fix what they broke nor take responsibility of the damage they’ve done. You have to fix it yourself in the end of the day.
Although it takes one sincere apology and a honest conversation to clear the air between two people, yet sadly someone might not love you enough to make things right. Only you have the power to make things better for yourself. So when something happens in your life, I encourage having the biggest pity party because it is important to feel what you need to feel but eventually you need to stop trying to find a reason for things happening with you because you won’t find one and you will end up wasting so much of your time and energy. You don’t want to reach to the point where emotional pain starts making you physically sick!
The sooner you drag yourself out of that victim zone, the sooner you will tend to find solutions to your problems rather than grieving over them for too long. It is important to cleanse you soul to be able to keep up your sparkle. Trust me when I say it, you are more previous, more talented and valuable than you think you are. Please put bandage on your wounds yourself. Stay strong! ❤
